Yes that was an isolated incident between one employee and the officer. Starbucks reached out to the police chief in Tempe, Arizona and apologized and they came out together with a joint statement. No company can predict what a rogue employee will do. Employees shoot and kill others, but we still use the businesses and don’t blame them for that.
