Unfortunately Linux on the desktop is about 1% of the market. I’ve used it for 20yrs and there is the “Good enough factor” with Windows for the average user. Good enough is a powerful force, and evangelizing on how much better Linux is hasn’t moved the needle too much. On the server side it’s another matter. But the administrators of those servers aren’t your average user either.
