One of the commenters here suggest having a verifiable scientific data rather than someone who said this or that. If you say you can’t see my face with a selected background I’ve chosen, and I choose a different one, then the test is verified. And why can’t I use my background of choice, but have to change my shirt? And you don’t.

These companies that have a low percentage of people of color working for them, and have millions of dollars can do what Microsoft and other companies have done for decades. Hire me for a few hours to sit in some room, pay me $500 or some perk, feed me, let me take bathroom breaks as needed, and calibrate your software with myself and enough people of color to get it right before you add the feature.
