No one agrees with their performance reviews. Including myself. Just reading the comments posted here shows that. And we all have reasons why the review or reviewer was incorrect. It’s an old argument because clearly the process is flawed. It’s subjective and there are many “solutions” to making it better, but apparently we still have a ways to go.
