They call that Hearsay. I'm uncomfortable that there doesn't seem to be an improvement plan or some sort of coaching and mentoring for these individuals by these so called "leaders" at this organization who are supposed to be growing future leaders. In other words it comes across as "Let's have a meeting to bad mouth you for three hours, and then after the meeting we tell you to get lost permanently"
