i agree with most of your points, but I will comment on the dog park. Most good dog parks will have a sign of the rules. And the last one at least at my dog park is; "You bring your dogs in at your own risk" It's an important point and one that is overlooked because most never read the rules. And I make no assumptions about how other dogs will behave My dog is a gentle girl, but I'm mindful of that rule in ANY dog park whether posted or not.
